On the Huffington Post, an article was written detailing Google's energy effective plan. In 2017, Google intends to only rely on solar and wind energy to power their thirteen different locations. They've partnered with wind plants and incorporated solar panels among other energy effective tactics to make themselves completely green. Google's plan is cost effective and efficient, because they previously used as much energy as it took to light up all of San Fransisco. They have truly made an effort to combat climate change and many companies should take note of their example and switch to more energy effective plans. The government should require more use of renewable energy, rather than creating deeper debt for electricity. Laws and bills should be passed to protect our energy sources that aren't renewable, and more corporations should switch to renewable energy, like Google will be doing in 2017.
